Built by a software engineer
for the people who get the work done.
Bellows started with a friend who runs a backflow valve testing business. Every year, every device he'd ever serviced was due for re-test. He needed to know which Renton properties had new backflow assemblies installed recently — so he could pitch the annual inspection contract before someone else did.
That data exists. It's on a city portal behind a login. So are permit applications. So are license expirations. So are new business filings, vehicle registrations, federal contracts, property transactions. Every state, every county, every federal agency.
For a small business owner, getting at it means three to six months of engineering they don't have. For us, it's what we've been building.
